Paper Publication & Malpractice Statement


The 2017 EAST INDONESIA CONFERENCE ON COMPUTER AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (EIConCIT) will be held on December 1st - 2nd, 2017 in East Kalimantan, Indonesia. This conference is hosted by Universitas Mulawarman and is organized by East Indonesia Consorisum (EIC). The conference is aimed at keeping abreast of the current development and innovation in the advanced of research area on Engineering, Computing and Applied Technology as well as providing an engaging forum for participants to share knowledge and expertise in related issues.

All full paper submissions will also be peer reviewed by technical committees of the Conference and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The full paper submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. The papers accepted by 2017 EIConCIT must be presented on the conference date, and the presented papers will be submitted to the ADVANCED SCIENCE LETTERS (ASL) after the conference.

Author Information
All Accepted peer-reviewered papers will be published in journal ADVANCED SCIENCE LETTERS ( indexed by SCOPUS and CPCI-S ISI Thomson. The published papers will be identified in scopus as article journal. Potential authors please read the Instruction for Authors.
  1. Authors submitting papers more than 5 pages, should pay additional pages of USD55 per page.
  2. Authors should submit final peer-reviewed manuscript as a single file in MS WORD having (title /authors /affiliations /email /abstract /keywords /text /references /captions /figures /tables) all together.
  3. Author should include Dates of Submission and Date of Acceptance and Email address of *Corresponding Author on the first page of their manuscript.
  4. Authors should ensure the high quality of ENGLISH LANGUAGE for all accepted peer-reviewed manuscripts
  5. Authors must follow ASL reference format and use either full journal title or correct abbreviated journal titles in the reference list. Do not use "et al" in references instead the names of all authors should be included in all references.
  6. Author should submit a signed Copyright Transfer Agreement. Download
